Why it helps
A dense essay, a client update, or a message you keep overthinking. Give yourself time to read each line and decide what stays.
Upload your notes, briefs, and reference files. Choose what the request can use, so the draft starts with your information and the details that matter.

“Write a short client update using the selected files. Include the next decision we need from them.”

Thank you for the discussion earlier today. I am writing to follow up regarding the two decisions that remain outstanding: the revised budget and the launch date. Your confirmation by Thursday would allow us to finalize the plan.

Thanks for talking this through today. We still need to settle the revised budget and launch date. Could you confirm both by Thursday so we can finish the plan?

SOUND LIKE ME
Start with your own words.
01 / 06
Give it an email, an essay, or a message you actually wrote. Build a profile around your tone, rhythm, and word choices.
YOUR WRITING
I went to the hardware store for one light bulb and somehow came home with a basil plant. The bulb works. The plant is sitting by the window while I figure out where it belongs. I called my mom to ask how often to water it, and she told me to try keeping this one alive before buying any more. Fair advice, honestly.

2 SOURCES IN PLAY
The library stays open until midnight, but the last campus shuttle leaves at ten. Students who depend on that route cannot use the full opening hours. Late library access also depends on a way home.

A few useful answers
The details, in plain English.
How the tools work, what gets saved, and what your plan includes.
Camo View brings the wording and the writing process into one document. Write or humanize a draft, use a voice profile and your own context, set the typing rhythm, and keep versions you can revisit. You can switch between two familiar layouts and export the finished piece with control over personal metadata.
How does “Sound like me” work?
Start with a short sample of your own writing and choose Build voice profile in Workspace. The editor creates a description of your tone and writing habits for future requests. It uses the sample you explicitly provide. Building the profile uses your writing allowance.
Can I use my own files and instructions?
Yes. Save standing instructions and presets for recurring requests. On Pro, attach reference files, choose which ones are enabled, and decide when to include them. Free requests do not use attached reference files. Review source-informed output against your originals.
Can Camo View make AI writing undetectable?
Camo View humanizes phrasing, repetition, and tone so a draft can read more naturally and reflect your style. No result from GPTZero, Turnitin, or any other AI detector is guaranteed. An AI detector is not included in this release. Review the writing and follow the requirements of your school, workplace, or client.
Is this connected to Google Docs or Microsoft Word?
Camo View is an independent editor with Docs and Word layouts. Both views use the same document. It does not connect to your Google Drive or Microsoft account. Use supported document imports and exports to move work between tools.
How do Free words and Pro billing work?
Free includes 300 AI-processed words per rolling 30-day period, shared across tools, with no rollover. Request text and supplied context can count alongside generated words. Your account’s usage screen shows the remaining allowance and reset date. Reloading the page or using up the allowance does not create a new grant.
Pro is $19.99 per month, billed monthly in USD and renewed until canceled when billing is available. It has no visible monthly word quota for normal personal writing. Automated bulk use, account sharing, and reselling access are outside fair use.
Where are my drafts saved, and what gets exported?
Documents and versions are stored in this browser on this device. Signing in does not create a cloud document backup, so export important work and keep a separate backup.
Document exports do not automatically attach prompts, source files, voice profiles, or local history. The personal-metadata option removes supported author and date fields. PDF retains the document title and Camo View producer label. Read the storage and export guide.
Can I stop the typing or change a version’s date?
Press Escape to stop a writing run. Paced sessions start when you choose and need the tab open and your device awake. You can adjust a version’s display name and date; its original recorded time stays unchanged.
Is the homepage demo using live AI?
The examples are prewritten. The editor controls, layout switching, formatting, playback, and Workspace tour work locally in your browser. The demo makes no AI requests and does not save your edits. Connected writing happens in the full editor with an account that has writing access.
